What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 business days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 business days. Normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be emailed along with your order confirmation. If you do not receive tracking please email us at orders@zandrabeauty.com.

During our busier months (November-January) and during sales, orders may have longer processing times before shipping. Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for packages marked as 'Delivered'. We encourage each customer to make arrangements to have someone available to receive their package.

We ship all over the US as well as Internationally, this also includes APO and FPO shipping as well.  International orders have a lead time of 8-10 business days and have the potential to be held up by customs for a period of 30 days or more. Please note that the customs in your country may charge a customs fee in addition to your shipping fee. Orders held through customs are completely out of our hand and will be at the customer's regard to follow up with customs in regards to their order.


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there are no returns. Please be sure to double check all orders to be sure name, address, and correct items are ordered. All Zandra products are mixed in small batches and may vary from batch to batch, ranging in color variance and thickness variance.

 

Why did my Hair & Body Souffle melt?

Our Hair & Body Souffle is sensitive to warm temperatures, because of this, please be sure someone is home to receive the items so you can enjoy the wonderful quality of your items. You can also email us a different address or ask for a signature guarantee ($2.00 extra) to ensure that your package will not sit out in the extreme temperatures during high heat months (June - September).
